Hi Sarah. Had my first ever colonic session last week. After getting over the initial embarrassing bits and getting used to the sensations of water entering, and materials leaving the body, I found the whole procedure very fulfilling. I was amazed at how much was being stored in my colon! After the initial cleanse, how many more should I have and how regularly, would you suggest?

      Hey Adam,
Thank you for the response and question. DO you mind me asking why you chose to get a colonic? Were you on a cleanse, fasting, or just wanted to for better health? I suggest for any client that comes to me it is best to do a series of 3-5. That helps to continue what was started with the first visit, and less meals are in between and we seem to make great progress that way. As far as continuing, that all depends on your outside factors? How are you eating? are you taking any vitamins or probiotics? All of this plays a role in how well your digestive system starts to “bounce back”. You would be greatly benefited by one everyday for a long period if fiances were not an issue. If you are on a budget I would try 2-3 times a month as a maintenance.
I hope this helps, the best answers can come from your personal experienced hygienist, as they see what “comes out” and can lead you accordingly. Good luck!
