Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil Review

image

I was recently given a 32 oz jar from Tropical Traditions to try, I chose to so I could spread the message.  I LOVE their coconut oil  and if you have read any of my posts before then you already know that.  I was given their Gold Label Virgin Coconut oil and below is the way I put it to use.

– I first had it delivered to my office. I had it in view of my clients so they could ask questions and I could use it as a visual.  In the meantime our nurse practitioner had poison ivy which we used the coconut oil to rub on the poison ivy which aided in the itching from being so severe.

– second I put the oil on my 11 yr old labs food, twice a day.  he LOVES it!

third- I drink the oil each day. 3-4 tablespoons. I sometimes forget but for the most part it is drank 3-4 times a week. I find it to help me regulate my eating. Have clearer thinking and more energy. It also helps with my patience. Which is awesome to have with a 1 and 3 yr old.

fourth- we cook with it. Whether it be our eggs, or whatever it is great addition to cooking, not only for the healthy fats but adds great flavor.

– fifth you can also use the lotion on your skin. Since your skin is an organ whatever you put on it, it eats. so feed your body and skin well with food that it needs. I have had a past babysitter rub it on her skin to help with yeast.

I am grateful for the free jar and I will continue to use Tropical Traditions (by the gallon)
