Veggie Rolls

I have doing more cooking lately. Mostly in cooking. Tonight I whipped up some veggie rolls. As the end of the week is near we are running low on ingredients. If the kitchen was fully stocked I would have avocado in this in a heart beat 😃

Here’s what I used:

Precut sea salt seasoned nori seaweed
Sliced carrots
Sliced cucumbers
Alfalfa sprouts
Homemade garlic hummus

Place hummus on one end of the seaweed place cucumber carrot and sprouts on top and roll, it’s that easy! These will also make a wonderful favor to have at a party and you can add anything inside, meat, veggies anything
