Addison’s Nut butter Balls

Ok if you are an exact recipe person this will not be your recipe. It was made by my 5 yr old with my help. Addi always wants to make chocolate chip cookies. We usually have organic chips always on hand for small treats for them. Making a whole batch of cookies is to much temptation :). So one day she said can I mix some stuff up I was like sure! Here is what happened 🙂

1/2 cup nut butter (peanut/ almond/ cashew/sun)
1/4 cup coconut oil
One scoop of chocolate Shakeology (we have this on hand, you can use cocoa powder also)
1/8 or less of maple syrup.
Dash of almond milk depending on how thick your butter is
A few chocolate chips
Outer toppings such as shredded coconut, cocao nibs, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts.

Mix all ingredients and place in fridge for about 20 min. Remove form into balls and roll ins desired topping. Place back in fridge and eat when ready 🙂
This truly was Addi’s creation and she was very proud of them. Enjoy!
